This is an Assessment Sessions only. You will only book this session if you have spoken with Coach Alexis prior to receiving the link to book.

• Create a work-out plan
  

Arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you can stretch. Bring two bottles of water. Bring a towel and/or an extra t-shirt.
